Alternative station, KEDJ, transforms yet again– this time, to X– X103.9. The change was complete with a whole new website and logo.
It is KEDJ’s second major change in less than a year. Back in July of 2009, KEDJ took the time to campaign for listener survey participation on how to make the station better. There was a bit of a stunt on-air. When they returned, the longtime, well-known name for the station as “The Edge” was dropped for “FM 103-9″ and a major programming tweak.
Today, “FM 103-9″ was dropped for “X103-9″– the X, representing Generation X as their target.

I love the music now…they are playing Alice n Chains, Tool, and Sublime again. I especially love their morning show being music focused instead of a bunch of num nuts talking for hours
