KTAR Radiothon raised over a whopping $850,000 for the Phoenix Children’s Hospital, in a span of 28 hours. Sports 620 KTAR and News/Talk 92.3 KTAR-FM combined in a single broadcast to meet one main goal. They used a presence online to connect, via live blogging, web cams, and Facebook and Twitter updates.
